All of our passionate and dedicated teachers meet the highest international standards with formal qualifications and extensive experience in teaching English to adults.

Our minimum requirements for teachers are:

  • education to degree level or equivalent qualification
  • a certificate level qualification in teaching English as a foreign language such as Cambridge University CELTA or Trinity College London CertTESOL
  • at least two years’ teaching experience
  • high proficiency in the use of the English language.

Meet some of our teachers

Mabruka

"I enjoy teaching students of all ages and when I plan my lessons I try to include a range of games and activities which will help them learn and enjoy English as much as possible."

Mabruka was born in Bangladesh. She has a degree in Computer Science, a CELTA and a certificate in Understanding Development. She’s been working as an English language teacher since 2000 teaching both adults and young learners.

Tania

“It's very exciting to see kids explore the world while learning English. I love helping kids learn through multi-sensory activities and games that they love!”

Tania was born in Bangladesh and has a degree in Economics, an MA in ELT, a CELTA and a DELTA. She has been teaching English for 12 years to young learners and adults, of which she spent a year teaching at the British Council in Qatar.

Shiwa

"I enjoy teaching kids’ classes because of the enthusiasm and energy kids bring to the classroom. I like to make sure there is a blend of fun activities where students not only have fun but also enjoy themselves.”

Shiwa was born in Bangladesh and has a degree in Linguistics & TESOL, an MA in Development Studies and a CELTA. Her teaching experience began in Oman teaching young learners. She has taught young learners and adults in Bangladesh since 2013.
