Role overview
- ensure that the British Council Bangladesh's IT hardware, software, networks and systems are developed and managed in a professional manner.
- technical support to IT users on standard software and hardware.
- contract and procure as per business needs and rolling plan, and asset management, ensure risk management and enable authorised software usage.
- keeping records of Servers, workstations, printers/scanners, computer names, staff accounts and locations.
