Role overview

The National Trainers (NTs) will play a key role in supporting the implementation, quality assurance, and long-term sustainability of the Professional Development Programme for Senior Faculty Members under the HEAT Project.

As part of the programme’s delivery model, NTs will participate in a structured 10-day Training of Trainers (ToT) programme facilitated by Master Trainers (MTs), with support from local and international consultants. The training will strengthen their understanding of the programme content, facilitation approaches, adult learning methodologies, and quality assurance requirements.

Following successful completion of the training and mentoring process, NTs will be eligible for engagement by the HEAT Project as part of a national pool of trainers to support the delivery of the Professional Development Programme for Senior Faculty Members across Bangladesh during the programme implementation period. Working alongside Master Trainers, local and international experts, and the project team, NTs will contribute to the effective facilitation, delivery, and continuous improvement of the programme, helping to ensure its quality, consistency, and scale.

Please see the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the detailed scope of work.
