Wings Learning Centre signed an IELTS Associate contract with the British Council on 21 March 2017 at the Dhaka University campus office. Deep Adhikari, Director Examinations, British Council and Asif H Choudhury, CEO, Wings Learning Centre signed the contract on behalf of their respective organisations. Notable attendees from the British Council were Barbara Wickham, Director and Craig Ewan, Regional IELTS Business Development Manager, South Asia. Under this contract, IELTS candidates can now register at Wings and also take the test in its state of the art testing venue in Dhanmondi.
For the past 17 years, Wings Learning Centre and IELTS have been synonymous with each other. This centre has been committed to providing a range of IELTS courses that caters to the needs of diverse learners in the classroom, taking into account the difference in cognitive and affective development, social maturity, ability, motivation, aspiration, learning styles, needs, interests and potential. The combined experience and expertise of both the organisations are expected to benefit Bangladeshi students.
