WOW Dhaka: Rangpur Chapter was the last in the series of WOW divisional chapters. Held at Begum Rokeya University, the event was organised by the British Council and in collaboration with Centre for Communication and Development (CCD) Bangladesh. This chapter drew a live audience of over 10,500 people.

The Rangpur chapter entailed a colourful and energetic programme with a wide range of activities. As per the rise of availability and popularity of computers in Rangpur, the event also included a computer-coding workshop. Another workshop was organised on cybersecurity, focusing on women's online safety. Storytelling sessions, poetry recitations and product showcasing by female entrepreneurs promoted women's empowerment. In celebration of the colours of Rangpur, the chapter also featured an engaging puppet show, a Bhawaiya song performance by an ingenious local Bhawaiya musical team, and a performance of traditional Oraon Dance by Boldipukur Oraon Adibashi Jobo Songo - an indigenous cultural organisation.
