September session of Inspire Young career counselling was held on 25 September 2017 in the British Council. The Inspire Young platform was created to guide young minds on their careers and especially on academic and industry related matters. The main aim of the career counselling is to help young job seekers choose a field that is in tune with their skills and their job expectations.
We provide guidance to the young minds with information on academic and industry affairs and solutions to reach their career goal through Inspire Young. A guest speaker in each session shares his/her experiences and knowledge on boosting careers. The sessions include presentations, case studies, group activities and Q&A session. Participants can instantly apply jobs available in jobsbd.com’s portal. Inspire Young sessions are live streamed at an online TV channel called Campustv.ac which has an audience base of 100,000.
"Career counselling led me to choose the right career", said Maisha Tasnia, Asst. Manager, Corporate Affairs, Standard Chartered Bank.
Through this programme, we reach hundreds of job seekers each month and help them identify their strengths, weaknesses, interest areas and thereby perform their level best. It ultimately helps them succeed and lead them towards being the future leaders.
