At the British Council library we are brilliant at reading between the lines! Did you know there are lots of hidden meanings in Alice and Wonderland? On the surface the story might seem like a fun and absurd tale of a girl entering a magical new world. However, the author Lewis Carroll packed it full of metaphors and allusions to things from our own world!
