We have an extensive track record of creating and delivering international development solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

Globally, our impact evaluation of community, cultural and educational programmes is world leading. Our measures show that 95% of participants surveyed report significant levels of impact on their personal and institutional development. And, according to the Annual British Council Impact Survey 2013, 73% of the beneficiaries in Bangladesh have acknowledged that involvement with the British Council has had a very significant positive impact on their lives.

Client: Department for International Development (DFID). We are supporting the delivery of legal services to poor, marginalised and socially excluded communities in hard-to-reach areas.
