The British Council invites UK HEIs to apply for the TNE Exploratory Grants under the Going Global Partnerships programme. With grants of up to £25,000 available, this opportunity is tailored to HEIs seeking to build or expand impactful partnerships with local HEIs in Bangladesh to foster accessible, high-quality education that aligns with local priorities and supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Eligible projects should focus on

1. Creating an enabling environment: Strengthen TNE quality in Bangladesh and expand its reach, enhancing curricula, supporting joint degree awards, or engaging in faculty training initiatives.

2. Addressing barriers: Contributing to the removal of barriers to TNE and supporting or creating new opportunities

3. Creating an enabling environment for TNE in Bangladesh and promoting the quality of UK education

3. Supporting TNE to contribute to the transformation of local education systems and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Eligibility Requirements

- Each proposal must include one UK HEI and one Bangladeshi partner HEI, with the UK Lead Institution managing the application process.

- Partnerships may include associated partners such as NGOs, industry bodies, or government organisations.

Submit completed application forms, budget spreadsheets, support letters, and CVs for key project leads.
